TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. All joinery is supplied raw and must be sealed and finished within 2 days after supply to avoid moisture movement occurring. Final sanding, filling, sizing and cleaning is the responsibility of the client. Failure to seal the product supplied within 2 days shall void the warranty.

2. Payment in full is required prior to the collection or delivery of joinery.

3. All prehung doors are supplied with brass hinges and prices exclude locks, fixings, trims, mouldings and hardware.

4. Any order supplied in knock-down form at the agreement or request of the customer is the responsibility of the customer to assemble.

5. Where applicable, casement friction stays are supplied only, to be fitted after painting or staining. Fitting of the stays is the responsibility of the customer.

6. Where applicable, double hung windows are supplied without spiral balancers. Spiral balancers can be fitted for an additional cost on request.

7. Where applicable, all joinery is glazed in accordance with the Australian Standard AS 1288-1994 parts 1-6. Toughened or safety glass can be supplied at an additional cost upon request by the customer.

8. All prices for joinery are for supply only. Installation is the responsibility of the customer.

9. Prices quoted are ex-factory. Delivery is the responsibility of the customer. Any goods damaged in transit is the responsibility of the carrier and any claims on the carrier should be made by the customer.
